**About the role**

Mineral Resources is currently seeking an experienced Lead Site Administrator for our CSI operations Based in Perth, Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week. Reporting through to the Operation Support Manager, you will required to support and drive a team of highly experienced site administrators that oversee 24 operations and providing the support to senior leadership.
- Manage all day-to-day functions of assigned sites
- Arrange coverage for sites during planned and unplanned absences
- Manage all timesheet and pay queries, including leave requests
- Responsible for the training of all new and existing employees
- Be the point of contact and assign tasks as part of the centralised administrative function
- General site administration duties including, travel, accommodations etc.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Minimum 6+ years remote Site Administration experience
- Minimum 3+ years working within a Senior Site Administrator role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current C Class drivers’ license
- Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration (highly desirable)
