**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish a system to capture customer feedback and insights and drive product improvement
- Lead the end-to-end process of incorporating customer pain points into product development and releases
- Build deep expertise in customer needs, product knowledge, market trends, and industry insights
- Conduct customer discovery and validate new product opportunities through experiments and user testing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as development, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product delivery and rollout

- Strong customer empathy and exceptional communication skills
- Quick learner with an experimental and creative approach to problem-solving
- Passion for product innovation and driving customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Finance or real estate knowledge a bonus
