**ABOUT OUR CLIENT & THE ROLE**
Our client is a Private Equity backed tech product company that’s revolutionising their industry through their exciting products and services, powered by AI. Our client’s product connects users to utility services and provides options for different types of services available on the market. As Account Manager you will be responsible for both identifying and growing new accounts as well as fostering exiting accounts.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Foster existing relationships with all client stakeholders;
- Identify and build new opportunities across your accounts;
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers;
- Maintain an accurate database of customer accounts;
- Continually provide customer feedback to help continue enhance the company’s services;
- Provide remote technical assistant to customers when required;
- Assist with general customer enquiries, including high priority requests and issue escalation as required.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager (or similar), preferably working in a role within a service and solution orientated business;
- An ability to provide technical support for customers in both a pre-sales and post-sales environment;
- Are confident in discussing technical specifics of a software solution (integrations, deployments etc.);
- Elite level of computer literacy, specifically with MS Office;
- Have a proven ability to sell and upsell services to new and existing cutomers;
- Any Property or PropTech experience is highly advantageous;
- High energy, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
