This is a Twelve Months **Fixed-Term Contract** **role** based in our modern office in Newstead, you'll work closely with our analysts to provide accounting support to a variety of internal business teams. You'll have experience with accounting software packages and have a high attention to detail and accuracy.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring accurate input into the correct legal entities, ensure all invoices have appropriate approvals and comply with the Delegations of Authority
- Demonstrate the ability to identify potential issues relating to day to day activities
- Prepare weekly/Adhoc Eft, Bpay payment runs
- Show initiative in problem solving
- Assist team members with workload and queries
- Assist and support Group Accounts Manager with implementations and new processes

**To be successful in the role, you'll have**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Competent user of Tech One or similar large accounting software package
- Very high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent user of large accounting software package
- Exposure to 'branch' accounting preferable
- Intermediate/Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite
- High level of data entry accuracy

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
