The Opportunity

Join our dynamic marketing team at IDEXX as a Category Manager - Livestock, Poultry, Dairy (LPD) in Australia and New Zealand. What you can expect

As the Category Manager - Livestock, Poultry, Dairy, you can expect the following:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for IDEXX's LPD products and services.

Drive brand awareness, accelerate market penetration, and increase revenue growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities.

Create and manage impactful marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Support the sales team by providing product forecasting, demand planning, and coordination for trade shows and events.

Manage marketing budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.

Build relationships with industry associations and key opinion leaders to gain product endorsement and recommendation.

Contribute to the overall success of IDEXX and its market position in the LPD sector.

Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing, with a background in Livestock production systems, Veterinary, or Science highly desirable.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate marketing and sales environment, preferably in the medical, animal, veterinary, or technical field.

Strong knowledge of supply chain and value chain concepts, with an understanding of veterinary and scientific principles.

Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record in driving results, meeting targets, and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams and departments.

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions.

Passion for the LPD sector and a drive to contribute to its growth and development.
