This dynamic International manufacturer has thousands of employees worldwide and has a newly created position for an experienced CS Representative specialising in order management & Expediting. Your main responsibility will involve managing and expediting orders and spare parts from enquiry to booking within the Customer Service Centre to ensure on time delivery.
This part time/ 3 day per week temporary position offers the opportunity to work onsite/ WFH or remotely
Daily responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing & escalating orders & critical items within set timeframes
- Assist with establishing day to day warranty & priority orders
- Identifying delivery issues to drive category delivery improvements for the business including modifying lead times &/ or stocking policy
- Liaising with fulfillment to reduce cycle/lead times and minimise material delays
- Verifying regions parts sales and adjusting to meet material availability
- Converting customer needs & requirement into project plans
- Liaising with various business units including Customer Experience, Supply Chain & Planning to ensure On Time Parts Delivery
- Producing reports (Oracle) and more
Ideally, you will have experience with;
- ERP systems - Oracle or SAP is an advantage
- Customer Service and Expediting deliveries
- Expediting spare parts
- Knowledge of supply chain businesses processes.
- Highly organized & to effectively manage conflicting responsibilities
- Project management & process driven
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
