An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Production Coordinator to join the Seed Heritage Women's Apparel Team. This role will report to the Production and Sourcing Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Production team across all areas of the business.

This role will also assist throughout the ranging and product development process by supporting the Womenswear team in all duties required to meet set deadlines and objectives.

**THE ROLE**:

- Create and send Purchase orders to suppliers using Dynamics 365 program
- To receive all parcels and distribute
- To dispatch all parcels to suppliers
- Assist Production team with supplier technical packs and production schedule trackers
- Assist in fit sessions and steaming all garments prior to fit sessions

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in product Development / Fashion Design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience liaising with offshore and local vendors
- Ability to successfully multitask and contribute to a dynamic team environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
