Lead Transport Safety Excellence Across Our Pacific Operations.

We are seeking a proactive and influential Transport Safety Specialist to lead and manage the successful implementation of Transport governance across our Pacific operations. In this critical role, you will place a major focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in all transport-related activities.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
As a key safety leader, you will actively promote a Safety First way of working, a continuous improvement quality culture and support stakeholders.
- Managing, developing, and implementing Pacific Transport systems to ensure compliance of goods transportation.
- Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and following up/implementing corrective actions.
- Managing Road Safety related activities for stakeholders.
- Managing, developing, and implementing the Pacific Annual HSEQ Training plan for Transport.
- Defining and implementing culture change programs to support Pacific commitment to HSE improvement.
- Managing Transport risk assessments (to health, safety, environment, and quality) and eliminating identified Transport risks or providing risk mitigation controls.
- Developing constructive working relationships with stakeholders to achieve mutual business outcomes.
- Working closely with and influencing customers regarding transport risk management and compliance.
- In conjunction with Transport providers, overseeing and supporting all Transport-related incidents to ensure escalation, investigation, communication, and timeline needs are met.
- Leading critical Transport events requiring initiation of Transport Emergency Response Plans.

- Experience in the Transport or Logistics field.
- Experience in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality).
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
- A solid understanding of Risk Management and Transport Legislation.
- Knowledge of Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
