Join us as a Casual Leasing Agent—help people find homes in a fast-paced, property-focused role with a dynamic, supportive team

As a Leasing Agent at Hive – Kelvin Grove, you’ll play a key role in attracting and securing tenants for our rental properties. You’ll be responsible for:

- Conducting property viewings and presenting units to prospective tenants

- Assisting applicants through the leasing process

- Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Team

- Supporting property management and ensuring compliance standards are met

- Collaborating closely with the Leasing Coordinator, Maintenance Team, and Property Operations

We have multiple Casual Leasing Agent positions available, with shifts offered on weekdays and Saturdays during peak periods (January - February, June-July, and October–December).

What we’re looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and presentation

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- QLD Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Registration

- Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair-Trading QLD
