**The role**

Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Concrete Plant Manager to join our team looking after our two Western Sydney Sites, Rosehill and Emu Plains.

Reporting to the Concrete Operations Manager, this is your opportunity to become an integral team member at one of Australia’s leading construction materials producers.

With a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement, you will lead by example and foster an organisational culture of integrity and pride in strong customer service in your small, close-knit team. This role will provide you with the scope to deliver important short and long-term improvements, which are critical for our ongoing growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide supervision to Concrete Agitator Drivers (company & Lorry Owner Drivers)
- Coordinate plant maintenance
- Supervision of batching staff
- Control staff working hours
- Manage stocks of raw materials
- Ensure safety, health, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements are met
- Ensure a high level of customer service

**What you will need to succeed**
- Experience in a supervisor position in the construction materials industry
- Be able to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiencies
- A strong customer both internal and external service focus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
