**Hourly Rate**: $42.25 - $63.28
**About the role**:
The Operational Quality and Compliance Clinical Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of clinical support to the Residential, Home Services and Village Services related to the operational quality and compliance requirements.
In this role will support the implementation of the organisational quality and compliance program to meet the Aged Care Quality Standards. This includes conducting audits and monitoring compliance across the various Warrigal locations such as the Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Canberra region. Some travel to these Warrigal locations will be required.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Registered Nurse with current Registration under AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Aged Care industry in a quality or similar role
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven ability to successfully lead a team of staff
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed organisational skills including experience in determining work priorities, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with audit processes and procedures
- Demonstrates a proficiency using computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Understanding of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Act 2021 and rules and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Knowledge of the NDIS Act 2013, rules, and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Current Driver’s Licence
