We have a unique opportunity available to support the Group’s NPI (New Product Introduction) activity. Reporting to the NPI Project Manager and forming part of the Group Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for leading and coordinating planning and execution of a project managed by NPI. This will include overseeing all aspects of the project including deadlines, responsibilities, and tasks to ensure completion of projects on time and within agreed budget and scope.
Responsibilities include:

- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress related to NPI
- Preparing summary reports and documenting processes related to projects managed by NPI
- Reporting and escalating issues to leadership team as needed
- Providing administrative support and direction when required to all/multiple NPI projects
- Coordination of project calendars to ensure adherence to critical milestones and overall timelines
- Assisting with the achievement of allocated budget targets and tracking costs of all on-boarding
- Updating project metrics and providing standardised templates across the business for progress tracking
- Providing regular status reporting to project teams and greater stakeholders across the business
- Driving the use of project platforms to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicating project processes and procedures, including improvement and development opportunities
- Attending and chairing project meetings and documenting requirements to ensure adherence
- Identifying and escalating any potential risks or gaps across all active projects
- Developing/refining project templates and training documentation
- Assisting all team members and greater stakeholders to complete requirements as necessary

To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Sound knowledge of general supply chain procedures from end to end
- Commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence
- Excellent problem-solving ability including use of sound judgement and initiative
- Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience of the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a supportive work environment
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or other relevant discipline is preferred, however not essential
- Excellent time management and exceptional administration efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to plan effectively and willingness to provide direction/support on pending deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up when required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form strong partnerships across the business, with all customers
