Partner Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Plan, create a pipeline, and distribute point of sale materials to ShopBack partner outlets.
- Plan and execute staff education sessions to help merchants with adopting digital fintech solutions of ShopBack.
- Execution of ad-hoc projects like on-ground campaigns to help with user retention and user acquisition.
- Create a positive experience for partners by providing quality, value-added services, and solutions in a timely manner.
- Prepare, reconcile and maintain partner training materials inventory levels.
- Collect comprehensive information about the outlet including storefront image.
- Providing technical support to help troubleshoot partner-related issues and concerns.
- Be part of the end-to-end setup and work with various internal and external parties to ensure that all functional processes are set in place before the merchant is live.
- Work collaboratively across the organization with Tech, Customer Service, Marketing, and Business Development teams to optimize and scale current processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt when meeting with different people
- Willing to commute to various places within Melbourne
- Must own a personal vehicle
- Ability to grow and learn in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
