**The Opportunity**
Join a team that’s driving South Australia’s infrastructure forward. As a Portfolio Assurance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting major projects by helping ensure they meet governance, compliance, and performance standards.

In this role, you’ll work alongside project teams and senior stakeholders to support assurance activities, contribute to reporting and documentation, and help identify and manage risks. You’ll also be involved in improving business processes and supporting change initiatives that enhance project delivery across the Department.

You bring a solid understanding of project governance and assurance frameworks, and you're confident in interpreting data, developing reports, and making sound recommendations. **Educational Qualifications**:

- A relevant degree, diploma or certificate in project management, will be highly regarded.

**Special Conditions**:

- A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
- Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required
