**Your new role**
Working as a Quality Assurance Project Officer you will conduct quality assurance, risk assessment and control activities which will involve critical analysis of internal processes, policies, procedures, data and other information. Along with this you will manage knowledge base resources and information management systems, tracking operational team performance against established KPIS.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- A high attention to detail
- Previous experience working with a Contact Centre
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Research and analytical skills.
- Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this role
- A current National police clearance issued within the last 6 months
- The ability to maintain a baseline clearance while in the role
