About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join the Business Advancement and Assurance (BAA) team. BAA consists of the thinking leaders, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt business improvement practitioners, risk management and business resilience experts, project managers, and exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solvers.

As the Consultant – Business Advancement and Assurance you will provide internal audit and assurance services to clients across a diverse range of industries. You will deliver a variety of projects, manage business process improvement initiatives and provide advice, while developing and maintaining client relationships.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:

  • Engaging in end-to-end internal audit projects (financial, operational, compliance and performance audits) or other related tasks, within budget, timeline and to exceptional quality.
  • Supporting a varied portfolio of internal and external clients, across a range of industry sectors, with a focus on risk, controls and assurance
  • Undertaking fieldwork - preparing written reports, adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Delivering insightful advice and exceptional client service.

This position would suit an experienced Internal Auditor or Assurance Practitioner with strong business analytical capabilities.

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification in business / finance / commerce or similar.
