Job description

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic receptionist to join our team. Our organisation is growing and we’re looking for someone to support and complement our dynamic team. You will be responsible for front desk operations in the office, reporting to the Manager and assisting with administration tasks.

The successful applicant will have exemplary administration and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About you

Essential to this role is that you will have a demonstrated ability to communicate warmly and effectively with people. You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health outcomes for young people. In addition, you will need:

- Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of confidential reception and administrative services, including a high level of word processing skills.

Experience in the disability field is an advantage and demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to supporting people with disabilities. You will:

- Adaptable to changes in view of changes in the Disability sector
- Have knowledge of Service Delivery System and NDIS Funding
- Excellent computer skills, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills demonstrated by the ability to interact and negotiate with a wide range of people (employees, clients, contractors etc) on a daily basis
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in working within a fast-paced team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
