The Role

Heathglen in Werribee is a contemporary retirement village with a warm and inclusive atmosphere that fosters friendship and connection.

Heathglen is currently seeking a positive, customer-focused Receptionist/Administrator to provide friendly and efficient customer service to village residents and visitors, and administrative support to the Village. This position will be for a period of 3 months with the potential for permanent full time employment.

About You

As an integral part of the team, the Reception/Administrator will provide direct support to the operations team with the day-to-day activities in the village. The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the village is running efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including general administration tasks, property maintenance support and data entry.- Demonstrated Administration Experience.- Ability to utilise Microsoft Office effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher) and pick up new systems.- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders - including subcontractors.- Willingness to learn and professionally develop,- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Level 2 First Aid Certificate, or willing to complete.- Driver’s Licence.- A professional, proactive and can-do attitude.- Exposure to coordinating Workplace Health and Safety (Desirable).- Experience in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Healthcare (Desirable).
