We are looking for an inspired and inspiring Head of Marketing to lead all key marketing activities across the Sheridan business. As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for driving brand marketing. This includes leading the department and setting the vision, instilling that vision within the team, and ensuring the operational delivery of that vision across the overarching Sheridan brand and all individual brands within our brand portfolio.
You will have extensive experience in building brands, developing brand marketing and brand strategies, including leading integrated marketing campaigns in a fast moving, agile, omnichannel environment. This will be paired with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to think in a way that understands the optimum customer experience & journey, while drawing on key customer insights and data points to formulate outcomes, and continually crusade to delight our customers.

**In addition you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Campaign development and implementation experience, including liaising with and briefing agencies.* Strong leadership skills. This position oversees 5 direct reports. (You'll love them, they're highly driven and keen to learn and grow)* Strong project management skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to think laterally, act nimbly and navigate changing landscapes* A strong communicator. Stakeholder management is a hugely important part of this role. Someone mature and considered in approach will thrive
A high aesthetic awareness and creative ability; experience in a premium or luxe brand would be highly advantageous.What can we offer you?
