What You Will Achieve
As part of the Xeljanz marketing team, this role will be responsible in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager and Cross Functional Team for designing and executing the brand strategy in Australia, including pre-launch and launch of new indications.
How You Will Achieve It- Define pre-launch and launch plans of new indications (ankylosing spondylitis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis)-
- Lead launch implementation, including channel plan and customer facing colleague requirements-
- Integrate and share information/customer insights to discover value-
- Creates brand story based on the synthesis of all available information-
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders-
- Continuously discover customers behaviour patterns and underlying motivation and applies to insights to unlock value for customers and Pfizer-
- Evaluate and identify new processes and methodologies to drive innovation-
- Identify market research gaps and opportunities for Xeljanz-
- Utilise primary, secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research to answer business questions-
- Develop and track segmentation and targeting-
- Oversee the creation and development of all brand materials-
- Collaborate with cross functional team members in the OP process and in the Omni-channel planning process-
- Translate marketing and omni-channel/tactical plans into specific tasks with measurable outcomes-
- Oversee all compliance and legal aspects of tactics-
- Partner with procurement to select suppliers-
- Plan and manage brand spend**Qualifications**:
- Must-Have3+ years brand marketing experience in pharma Industry. Understands trends in health care and pharmaceutical industry, customer and stakeholder landscape, competitive dynamics and sources of business in Australia, specifically the immunology portfolio-
- Bachelor degree in Science, Health Science, Business or equivalent-
- Proven success in marketing or sales management-
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written communications-
- Ability to interact, influence and work effectively with all levels of management-
- Demonstrated ability to work across departments and with vendors/agenciesExhibit excellent problem-solving skills, consistently demonstrating resourcefulness and perseverance through ambiguous situations, and be solution oriented-
- Hold excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information-
- Ability to handle risk and uncertainty, self-assured in taking on tasks independently, can prioritise own workload-
- Makes good decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement in a timely manner. Holds self accountable for achieving results within defined timelines-
