**THE POSITION**
- Planning: Oversee the process, modelling, data validation and analysis to achieve accurate and driver-based forecasts supported by the right narrative.
- Reporting: Responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of reporting requirements for Compass (across organizations).
- Performance: Business Partner to key operational stakeholders to drive insights and data-driven decisions. This includes the establishment of and monitoring of internal performance scorecards.
- Compliance /Governance: Oversight on governance and compliance around invoicing and contracts. This includes internal audits.
- Efficiency/ Productivity - Supporting efficiency and productivity initiatives in the operations by establishing effective controls, monitoring, and sharing best practices across the region.

**THE PERSON**
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree and above in a Maths, Finance or Management field with professional work experience in a relevant field.
- Strong business partnering skills and ability to work closely with operations teams.
- Strong Data analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment.
- Working knowledge of Google Docs and slides.
- Expert Level - MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
