**About the role**

WesTrac are seeking passionate, driven and personable individuals to join our high performing sales team in one of our NSW branches.

This role is responsible for the proactive management of an assigned territory to establish a market share for WesTrac within the assigned retail customer base.

The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Service & Relationship Building - Identify and qualify new opportunities by phone, manage customer relationships, providing customer solutions & update existing customer information.
- Sales Development - Document all leads and activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Nurture opportunities in a sales pipeline with the intention of growing into later sales.
- Manage online marketing leads
- Reporting & Quotations

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers
- Experience using Microsoft CRM or other Sales/Records Management Systems
- Re-engage with dormant customers and hunt leads
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Computer literacy skills - MS Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Well-developed analytical and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box
- Continuous improvement

**_Desirable:_**
- Sales experience, preferably tele-sales experience
- Earthmoving product knowledge
- Exposure to the Construction and/or Earthmoving industries
- Experience in an automotive dealership
