Are you friendly, organised, and motivated to be part of a team that supports children and their families every day? Orthokids is hiring a Client Care & Administration professional to help us make a real difference.

**About Us**

Orthokids is Melbourne’s leading children’s bracing and orthotic clinic. With a team of 20 across multiple clinic locations, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care to kids and their families.

**The Role**

You’ll be part of a close-knit Client Care team, supporting clients and families while ensuring our clinic runs smoothly. This full-time role is primarily based at our **Surrey Hills**head office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments and scheduling (Cliniko)
- Support clinicians with day-to-day coordination
- Handle billing and NDIS funding processes

**What You Bring**
- Experience in healthcare or NDIS settings (preferred)
- Excellent communication and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Respect for privacy and patient confidentiality

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
