Job tasks and responsibilities

This is a front of office position so you will be interacting with clients and the team face to face to complete:

- Client bookings.
- Payments and provide invoices.
- Booking and rescheduling appointments.
- Assist therapists with cleaning and keep rooms tidy.
- Other general administrative duties as needed.

Skills and experience

Essential:
A bubbly personality. This position is for someone who enjoys working in a a friendly workplace.

Be keen to work as a team member working collaboratively with all team members.

Experience in an administration position.

Working with children and police checks.

Evidence of excellent verbal and written skills.

Evidence of excellent organisational skills.

A willingness to learn new skills.

A patient and caring natured person who can relate to children, assist parents and is comfortable around people with a disability.

Ability to prioritise competing demands e.g. client payments and phone calls.

Desirable:
High level skills in using Microsoft office products (excel, word, PowerPoint, publisher)

Evidence of experience using practice management systems
