As our Behaviour Support team continues to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Practitioner to oversee the Quality Assurance of the team at a National level.

**About your new role**

As Better Rehab Quality Assurance Manager, your day could include:

- Report reviews including interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans, and functional behaviour assessments
- Reviews of endorsed restrictive practices
- Completion of clinical file audits
- Review of submission dates and deadlines in line with NDIS Commission requirements
- Targeted clinical feedback and upskilling following key findings may be required

**About you**
- Comprehensive understanding of Behaviour Support and legislative requirements
- Advanced or Specialist level under PBS Competency Framework (essential)
- Experience in a similar quality assurance role within the NDIS (desired)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
