About the Role

We are seeking an ICT Quality Assurance Engineer to support the evaluation, verification and performance assurance of telecommunication and ICT system deployments. This role focuses on applying structured testing methods to ensure system reliability, service stability and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in preparing test plans, acceptance procedures and quality inspection criteria for ICT system projects.


• Conduct functional and performance checks on communication equipment and network components.


• Analyse system behaviours and document deviations, performance fluctuations or unexpected system responses.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement corrective and preventive actions.


• Monitor system reliability indicators and produce regular system health assessment summaries.


• Contribute to process optimization to improve testing efficiency and operational quality.


• Maintain accurate test data records, reports and supporting technical documentation.

Requirements:


• Experience in ICT system testing, inspection, verification or technical support.


• Familiarity with multi-vendor telecommunication platforms is highly desirable.


• Ability to collect, interpret and present technical performance data.


• Solid communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional project environments.
