**The Company**

This organization is a leading manufacturer of food products, loved by Australians for decades. Working for a company that is experiencing significant growth you will oversee a team, lead and develop quality deliverables and drive improvements across the site.

**The Role**

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the site quality function and manage the Quality Assurance team across all processing shifts.
- Responsibility for the development, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to comply with relevant regulatory bodies and consistently driving quality behaviors across the site.
- Manage all internal, external and third party customer audits, managing non-conformances and putting in place robust corrective actions.
- Utilize data to develop projects to continually improve quality performance.

**Your Background**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Throughout your degree in a relevant area such as Food Science or similar.
- Working in a similar, food manufacturing environment and have a track record in hands-on Quality Management positions.
- Understanding that spending time and educating stakeholders has significant benefit to Quality compliance and success comes from strong relationships across the site.
