**About the role**

This new role will lead the Fundraising Support and Supporter Experience teams and be responsible for CCQ's Regular Giving and Workplace Giving programs, executing donor engagement strategies and digital and direct mail appeals that ensure CCQ continues to acquire, retain, and extend relationships with donors.

This role will also work closely with the Marketing and Corporate Partnerships teams to ensure strategic goals are achieved and is part of the larger Revenue and Operations Group.

This is a Full-Time position (37.5 hours/ week) for a period of up to two years, predominately based in CCQ’s office in Fortitude Valley.

**Elements of the role**
- Lead and motivate the Regular Giving team, ensuring that they are highly engaged, motivated, skilled and work in line with CCQ’s values to achieve CCQ’s mission and goals.
- Develop and implement contemporary and effective strategies to ensure that CCQ’s Regular Giving, Workplace Giving and Supporter Experience programs achieve their goals and support the acquisition and retention of donors.
- To be a key partner to Events, Corporate Partnerships, Data Services and Marketing teams, ensuring that the Regular Giving team’s initiatives and activities complement other teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage CCQ’s audience through data taken from throughout the business, including Research, Service Delivery, Community Philanthropy, Marketing, and through existing supporter databases.
- Identify organisational risks relevant to the Regular Giving team and implement strategies to manage and address the risks.

**About you**
- You are passionate about CCQ’s Mission and your values are consistent with CCQ’s
- As a guide, you have had least seven (7) years of direct marketing or donors relations experience.
- Have led and motivated teams to deliver and implement successful Regular Giving and Workplace Giving programs.
- Demonstrated experience in behavioural journey mapping and the use of analytics to drive segmentation, engagement and increased revenue.
- Extensive project management experience, with proven success in delivering successful projects or programs within budgetary constraints.
- Current driver’s licence.
