**The Company**
Edutemps has collaborated with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) based in Underwood, QLD. Our client is committed to giving its members a strong, positive and proactive voice. They believe in quality early childhood practices and are committed to improving the early learning sector.

**The Role**
The role of Training Operations Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the College, including the quality of training provided, the financial viability and the compliance with relevant laws, regulations and agreements. The Training Operations Manager manages a team of trainer and assessors, as well as administrative support staff.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Underwood, QLD.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement an annual Operational Plan in consultation with the CEO and provide regular reporting against the plan
- Support trainer and assessor team to achieve agreed KPIs
- Ensure high-quality training with excellent student progression and outcomes
- Support continuing, sustainable growth of the College
- Effectively manage regulatory and compliance requirements
- Effectively promote the College
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
- Cert IV Training & Assessment or equivalent
- A professional/strategic approach to duties and co-workers
- A strong client focus with a commitment to excellence
- An awareness of and sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds with a commitment to equity
- A clear understanding of the role and the legalities of the operations of an RTO
- Ability to relate to clients, Association members, and related groups and individuals in formal and informal settings
- Conflict resolution skills of the highest order
