**About the Role**
Our Repairs Business is booming and we have created a role to manage Robotic Pool Cleaner repairs and manage pump, chlorinator and other repairs.
We're looking for an experienced pool professional to join our team and manage our workshop.
Reporting to our Business and Operations Manager and supported by a close-knit team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, scheduling and prioritising workshop repairs of all types of pool equipment, including new robot, pump, and chlorinator conversions.
- Maximizing spare parts revenue and overseeing the end to end process of repairs and lodging warranties with various manufacturers
- Optimising the stocking and turnover of spare parts to ensure quick turnaround of repairs whilst minimising dead stock holdings
- Working towards our vision of having the most skilled technicians and selling premium, sophisticated products that we can fully support.
- Providing technical and training support to our Service Technicians & Store Team
- Offering onsite leadership and support to ensure efficient operations and maximising sale opportunities
- Implementing a flexible scheduling system for refits, installations, and other repair tasks
Success in this role will be based on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide trusted advice and solutions.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience within the pool & spa industry
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- High level attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Technical aptitude and the ability to work unsupervised and in outdoor environments throughout all seasons
- Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting (up to 20kg) is involved
