What this job involves
JLL now has an opening for a Property Services Supervisor at a premium commercial building as part of an exciting new precinct in Sydney's CBD.

You'll be responsible for the on-going operation & compliance of the property. You will coordinate effective management of all property services and other works required to be carried out

You'll also assist with preparing annual property operations & capital works budgets as well as the monitoring and updating of budgets on a quarterly basis.

You'll have proven operational experience in a similar premium commercial environment but most importantly, you'll want to work as part of a diverse, supportive, and talented team.

Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with a proactive and positive work approach

We’ll expect you to have a high degree of independence on a day-to-day basis and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
Of course, you’ll be good at building team relationships and interacting effectively with business partners.

You will possess strong technical knowledge that was gained through a trade or engineering background. Also important, is strong PC literacy, a 'hands-on' work approach and willingness to learn.
