**What this opportunity involves**:
The Property Services Supervisor is to co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of a cross section of operational aspects of the property, overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.
**A snapshot of the role**:
**Compliance & Safety**: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulations, safety standards (including Lendlease GMR), and environmental requirements.
**Maintenance & Risk Management**: Coordinate property services, conduct inspections, manage contractors, and maintain risk management systems.
**Budgeting & Reporting**: Contribute to budget preparation, monitor expenses, and provide input for monthly reports.
**Sustainability**: Implement sustainability initiatives, monitor performance data, and participate in sustainability committees.
**Defect Management**: Identify, record, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.
Adaptability to client and JLL processes
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Positive approach to client needs and tenant expectations
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service and empathy
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Openness to learning new web-based platforms
Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
Trade Certificate in refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical will be favourably considered.
