**What this job involves**:
The Property Services Supervisor is responsible for the day-today operations of a cross section of operational aspects of the properties, overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures. This role is located at Darling Square and reports to the Property Services Manager.
Situated prominently in the heart of the Darling Harbour Precinct, Darling Quarter and Darling Square seamlessly combine cutting edge architecture, premium facilities and an unrivalled location.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property structure, fittings, finishes and services.
Assist with ensuring certification is obtained from relevant contractors and consultants for all essential services and the timely preparation of the annual Fire Safety Statement or other relevant documentation as stipulated by the local authority.
Overseeing periodic inspections of the building and plant to determine the extent, priority and criticality of any repair works required. Whilst undertaking this inspection safety aspects are a priority
Embracing, promoting, and enacting the property and corporate WHS program, in particular embracing the OPS AIDE Program and Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMR) platform.
The timely creation of work orders for contract / adhoc works and processing of invoices must be raised and approved at engagement to allow monthly cost allocations to stakeholders
In consultation with the Management Team, assist with preparing annual property operations budgets and monitoring and updating budgets on a quarterly basis

If you're a self-starter, and you love building client relationships then this is the role for you You've got excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. You adopt a hands-on approach to problem solving and can juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace. You think on-the-go and can collaborate with multiple stakeholders with ease. You will effectively maintain a superior level of service resulting in an above average tenant survey score while ensuring that budget, quarterly reports and forecasting deadlines as notified by the Finance Manager are met.
Tertiary qualifications are desirable but a Trade Certificate will be favourably considered. The ability to empathize with tenant needs and a good customer service ethic is essential.
