**About the Role**

The Channel Manager will partner closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, balance strategic thinking with execution to own and deliver a broad range of initiatives. The Channel Manager will utilise project management, stakeholder collaboration and communication skills to develop innovative, thoughtful, and impactful programs that leverage customer insights to drive growth. Reporting to our Marketing Director, this role will be based at our Alexandria Office.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement specific customer marketing programs through collaboration with sales teams and other key stakeholders. This includes the development of powerful value propositions and successful campaigns designed to engage customers and reach new customers.
- Align and partner with key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to deliver channel specific activity, collaborative marketing partnerships with retailers, and other external partners to consistently broaden the reach of our brand messaging.
- In conjunction with the Product Manager plan the marketing launch of new products and support with customer range reviews through management of the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- End-to-end project management of customer initiatives and business programs.
- Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Present regularly on program performance and learnings to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for leverage and scale initiatives across customer programs.
- Proactively ideate and propose new approaches for compelling customer engagement programs that drive sustainability.
- Delivers on the company vision for ongoing continuous improvement and opportunities for efficiencies.

- Collaborative with a desire and understanding to align to each functional target and strategy to the marketing strategy.
- Highly driven and motived to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Outstanding influencing skills, approachable and can effectively build rapport, communicate, and engage with the broader business.
- Strong creative skills and story telling.
- Ability to review and guide creative team in the development of brand collateral.
- Seeks out additional thoughts and ideas before forming opinions.

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years in a marketing, brand management, product, or sales role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
- Expert knowledge and use of language and grammar
- Demonstrated excellence in developing strategic and robust concepts that drive lead generation and sales
