**The role**

Our Canberra office is currently seeking a Receptionist/Operations Assistant to join our national Reception & Operations Team on a full-time basis. This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both our clients and people at all levels within the firm.

The role will involve responsibilities in:

- Answering and allocating Brisbane and assisting with overflow national calls on an ARC Cisco system;
- Professional meet and greet of clients on a daily basis;
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms for client meetings;
- Meeting room and assisting with event set-up;
- Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets;
- Maintaining and ordering catering, stationery and kitchen supplies;
- Assisting with food, coffee and other beverage preparation;
- Distribution of incoming deliveries;
- Administrative support to team
- Mail - sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing mail and internal mail rounds
- Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
- Outside clerk rounds
- Building management liaison - including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks
- Organising couriers
- Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance
