About The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist | Digital Strategist to join our team.

This role blends performance execution with client strategy — perfect for someone who's comfortable managing campaigns while building strong client relationships.

You'll manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, while also contributing to strategy, client communication, and reporting. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team and director to ensure every touchpoint — from ad to inbox — feels consistent and high-performing.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Monitor and analyse performance (ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC) and make data-led recommendations
  • Manage client communication, strategy updates, and reporting
  • Collaborate with our creative and email teams to align campaigns across channels
  • Identify trends, testing opportunities, and growth areas for clients
  • Contribute to creative direction and audience strategies
  • Support in building scalable systems and campaign processes as we grow

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads for eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of analytics, attribution, and campaign optimisation
  • Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
  • Creative thinker who understands content and brand positioning
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Bonus: Klaviyo or email marketing experience
