Location: Yass & Adjungbilly- (Note this is a drive in drive out role)

This role will involve:

  • Mentoring, coaching & developing the existing onsite team
  • Day to day responsibility to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Strong customer service focus for residents' satisfaction
  • Responsible for understanding/ using as required the Site Accommodation Management Systems
  • Actively overseeing the success of the contract KPI's through weekly involvement in client meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships by way of quality delivery on our scope of services to our clients and residents
  • Responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensure catering scope requirements and quality are maintained and met
  • Inventory control including stock ordering, stock takes & wastage
  • Audit reporting for quality compliance and service standards
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing reports for head office, financial reporting for retail shop & timesheets
  • Maintain a safe work environment and actively provide ongoing feedback about opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring and documenting staff awareness and adherence to HACCP, Safety and Environmental practices and procedures

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Village Service sector, managing a village of +300 residents
  • Ability to lead a large team of 15+
  • Understanding of catering is preferred
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of hospitality services remote site services
  • Strong problems solving skills
  • Experience in performance management & appraisals
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop your team
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, client facing and internal
  • Intermediate computer and tech skills
  • Experience in ordering, stock-take and reporting
  • Food safety and Hygiene training
  • Experience using FIFO accommodation management systems
