**Your new role**
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager - ACT you will be tasked with effectively contributing to the delivery of a large pipeline of exciting projects being conducted in the territory.

Specifics of the role are below:

- You will be tasked with assisting in the preparation of design briefs & submission reviews
- Assist the Development team in conceptualising and delivering project strategies
- Under supervision, manage consultants and contractors during the design, documentation, construction and title registration phases
- Building strong relationships with all key stakeholders, focusing on delivering high level of customer service
- Constant communication with government agencies to ensure the timely issue of approvals
- Working collaboratively in assisting conceptualising applicable sales and marketing strategies across multiple projects

To be considered for this role you must be a proven professional in the construction and property industry and be hungry to succeed in an ever-growing business.

Specifics around qualifications and attributes are below:

- A tertiary qualification in construction or property related degree
- Demonstrated experience working across ACT built form projects
- A self-sufficient nature with the ability to integrate with the existing development team
- Strong understanding of early development (concept planning, marketing, finance etc.)
- Impeccable communication skills and professionalism
