**More about this role**:
This role is responsible for the accurate documentation of menu specifications in line with our customer Airline‘s requirements - including recipe management, ERP implementation and input.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Support, complete, and maintain menu specifications for all customer airlines.
- Ensure that all information is captured, documented, and approved by the Culinary Chef Team.
- Deliver and support efficient building of culinary and operations data in the ERP system & drives.
- Upload monthly menu specifications and recipes as outlined in the relevant SOP’s.
- Ensure all document logs are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Support and participate in projects and company sponsored initiatives.

**What do you need to be successful in securing this role?**
- Self-motivated, able to prioritise activities and multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail in a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Some knowledge of food materials would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a food service organisation would be an advantage.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willing and able to participate and contribute to group projects.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
