**You'll be responsible for**
- Chasing cash to meet monthly recovery targets
- Managing inbound calls regarding motor claim recoveries
- Ensuring a timely and effective response to all customer needs
- Reviewing new motor claims, liability and being the initial point of contact
- Engaging with third parties in a respectful manner to gather information
- Adhering to laws relating to debt collection, liability and insurance

**About you**
- Experience in recoveries/settlements within the insurance industry
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
