Our valued client based in Welshpool is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor for an immediate start.

To be considered for this position you must have previous work experience and industry knowledge in or around a fabrication workshop.

**What the role involves**:

- Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the fabrication, profiling and paint departments including job scheduling.
- Drive a safety-first work culture.
- Have a strong focus and ownership in relation to customer service and quality of product produced.
- Coordinate resources (both operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
- Drive continual improvement through utilising lean methodologies
- Attention to detail and time management aspect is an important part of this role and as such you will be able to multi-skill and problem solve effectively.

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Trade qualification
- Experience in maintenance repairs and fault diagnostics
- Understanding and awareness of the processes involved in the workshop
- Leadership qualities
- Computer literacy
- High level of communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task and work to challenging time frames
- Focus on detail
- Current forklift licence
- Current “C” class licence
