Reporting to the **Area Manager**, you will work in conjunction with the Fabrications Supervisors for administrative activities for the site, be responsible for daily data entry and have a high level of interaction with WesTrac's staff and Customers.

Additionally you will be required to provide general administrative support to the fabrications team, including raising purchase orders, reviewing payroll data, monitoring supplies, ordering consumables such as PPE.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract located in a workshop environment and will require PPE to be worn. Monday - Friday, 8 hour days with flexible start times.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Must have proven experience with SAP/ Success Factors
- Highly developed administrative skills and experience within a similar role or industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Software and operating systems
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Ability to work successfully within a Team and autonomously without direct supervision
- Demonstrate and live the WesTrac SPARC Values
