Due to continued growth and success we have an opportunity for a Quotes Officer to join our established team.

On the job training is available, so this role can suit either an entry level applicant or an experienced Quotes Officer, and offers a competitive salary package aligned to skills and experience.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager and working as part of the Sales Estimating team, the Quotes Officer is responsible for seamlessly managing the quotes process and is the conduit between customer sales and production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete costings based on design plans, using estimation software systems
- Data entry and conversion of quote information using excel spreadsheets
- Completing customer quotation amendments and variations in a timely manner
- Investigate project quotation queries and resolve issues
- Work autonomously and within a team environment

**Value you will bring to the role**:
Experience in a similar role within the building (or related) industry is prefered, however on the job training will be provided so if you're interested in the role and keen to learn we encourage you to apply

**You will also demonstrate**:

- Ability to read floorplans and design plans, preferred
- Experience using estimation software, preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and commercial estimating systems, preferred
- Strong time management skills and ability to resolve issues
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency
