
Administrative Assistant All Rounder

Awesome Gutter Cleaners Pty Ltd is looking for an Admin all rounder We are a growing company in the roof and gutter industry with an excellent reputation and need to expand our team. You will be assisting the business manager in the everyday running of the company as well as implementing systems and processes that enhance the performance and efficiency of the company and the rest of the team.
- **The Role**:_
- Manage payments, fortnightly payment follow ups, end of month and quarter reconciling and reporting.
- Sending quotes and invoices for prospective and completed jobs.
- Developing quotes (once trained) to send out to clients.
- Managing a dynamic schedule of job bookings for a multi-person trade team.
- Document management.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the business manager and the overall running of the company.
- **The applicant we are seeking should have experience in the following**:_
- Competent at operating apple mac computer systems and software.
- Previous experience in administration, accounts or related fields is ESSENTIAL. Trade business administration is preferred. Knowledge in roofing is even better
- Be able to multi-task in a dynamic fast paced work environment and be able to keep track of all tasks at hand.
- Experience with **Xero** and **ServiceM8** is preferred.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent computer literacy, particularly with Outlook, Apple mail, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word and filing organisation within folders.
- Strong Organisational skills and time management.
- Have a positive, bubbly and can-do attitude that fosters efficiency and collaboration within the team.
3 Months probationary period.
You **MUST** live in Sydney Australia and have rights to work in Australia.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
