About the Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing & Business Development Manager, the Customer Service Administrator is responsible for building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that customers’ quotations and sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This role works within the sales team, and works closely with the accounts, estimating and production teams, as well as third party suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Data entry for sales opportunities / leads in NetSuite CRM
- Create Sales Orders from signed quotes and purchase orders
- Process Requotes requests, builder/client changes, design change, by customer or after site measure
- Coordinate Requotes required for customers, specification changes or site changes, or post measure
- Receive customer phone calls enquiries and follow up on customer requests
- Follow up deposit Invoices, confirm deposits paid for sales orders
- Collate Customer/Builder Information for Accounts Payable
- Assist Area Sales Managers to complete contract document requirements for Builders (as required)
Value you will Bring to the Role
- Previous experience in a similar customer service/sales administration role in the construction industry (or similar industry)
- Experiece using Netsuite (or similar CRM) preferred
- Ability to build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exception customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suit, CRM systems and commercial systems
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and keep to specific procedures
- Trade, Business Certificate or other Tertiary Qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Ability to read/understand architectural construction plans quickly and accurately is advantageous but not essentail
