**Your new role**

As a **Used Car Assistant Manager**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our used car sales department. You will work closely with the General Sales Manager and Vehicle Buying team to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and provide top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Assist in managing the used car sales team.
- Support the General Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for the role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- **Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.**:

- **Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
