We currently have a rare opportunity available for a **Service Manager** **to join our dynamic and energetic team at **Essendon Mitsubishi.** The Service Manager oversees the high volume, fast-paced Service Department teams in a professional, efficient manner while at all times promoting a positive brand image. Previous Dealership Service Management experience is essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Consistently model outstanding customer service skills ensuring that the best possible service is delivered to customers by all team on a consistent basis
- Innovate and engage your experienced team to ensure the workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
- Leverage knowledge and understanding of fixed operations, productivity, efficiency, and warranty operations to maximize revenue while both maintaining existing and winning new business
- Lead and support your team to uphold a 100% supportive approach to safety

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Proven leadership experience including the ability to motivate and engage a team towards delivering exemplary customer service
- Thorough knowledge of automotive service operations
- High attention to detail and experience implementing efficiency processes
- Experience leading a team in a high volume sales / service environment
- Excellent time management skills, coupled with the ability prioritize and multi task
- Proven ability to delegate and recruit appropriate support mechanisms
