As a Senior Associate, you’ll be trusted and supported to make a huge difference. An excellent communicator and problem solver, you’ll build trust and respect with your clients, and help them achieve results that matter. - Partner with leaders to co-build solutions and deliver critical streams of work which drive strategic change
- Lead or support a range of activities, such as facilitating workshops and designing and implementing strategies and plans
- Build and manage trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional and efficient delivery
- Bring your own diverse perspectives and experiences to a team that truly values them

**Authentic, credible and engaging: Here’s who we’re looking for**
- You’ve worked on large and/or complex projects and you have 4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or change management
- You have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. business, commerce, human resources)
- You’re proficient in manipulating and analysing data to drive commercial insights and outcomes
- You’re open, authentic and our shared values align with yours. (Check out our four values - they’re very important to our team)
- You’re clear, confident and credible, with great communication and relationship building skills
- You can navigate the ambiguity that is part and parcel of our profession
- You have experience in leading change related to the implementation of enterprise-wide transformation and/or technology programs

Pay: $114,750.00 - $150,000.00 per year
