**Responsibilities**:

- ** Drive Successful Customer Outcomes** - Deliver positive results for customers on larger, more complex engagements.
- ** Challenge & Advise Customers** - Encourage customers to think differently and expand their scope for better solutions.
- ** Project & Deliverables Management** - Oversee and manage project consulting deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- ** Effective Communication** - Engage professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.
- ** Certifications & Compliance** - Obtain and maintain required industry or Ideagen certifications necessary for the role.
- ** Sales & Commercial Acumen** - Develop and present sales proposals while demonstrating strong business and financial understanding.
- ** Training & Mentorship** - Guide and support junior or less experienced consultants to enhance their skills and expertise.
- ** Strategic Improvements** - Contribute to the enhancement of Professional Services by leading customer-wide strategic initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

- ** Expertise in Ideagen Software** - Deep knowledge of configuring, personalizing, or developing one or more Ideagen software solutions (or equivalent) to meet customer needs.
- ** Consulting Experience** - 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, providing expert guidance to clients.
- ** Customer Relationship Management** - Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level customers.
- ** Communication & Presentation** - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- ** Time Management & Organization** - Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
- ** Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving** - Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
- ** Leadership & People Management** - Experience in managing, coaching, or mentoring individuals in a line or matrix structure, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
