We are looking for a **Full-Time Recruitment Consultant** to join our growing team. As a
Recruitment Consultant at ACM, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing
top talent for our charity-focused marketing campaigns. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients have the best teams in place to drive their fundraising efforts forward. If you are motivated by a fast-paced environment and are passionate about making a difference, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing & Recruiting**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- within ACM, including campaign coordinators, fundraisers, and event staff.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Work closely with ACM's team and our non-profit clients to understand their recruitment needs and align them with top talent.
- **Onboarding & Support**:Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, providing necessary training and ongoing support.
- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a consultancy or
- agency setting, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- **Organizational Skills**:Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- **Passion for Impact**:A genuine passion for working in a role that supports non-profit organizations and helps raise vital funds for charitable causes.
- **Sales Acumen**:Ability to match the right talent to the right roles, with a commercial mindset and a commitment to delivering results.
- **Team Player**:Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Salary offered**: $75,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
